Please call before 4:00 p.m. for any messages to be delivered to Extended Care staff regarding your child. There will be no drop-in care offered. There will be no deductions for absences or holidays. Summer Care is available for students already registered at OCA for the next school year and who have paid the Summer Care registration fee.

Students are to be picked up promptly at the end of school. If the parent will be late, he should notify the school before 2:00 p.m., in which case the student will be placed in the Extended Care program. ALL STUDENTS (K-6) NOT PICKED UP BY 3:45 p.m. WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PLACED IN EXTENDED CARE. (Check with Extended Care for the applicable fees.) Elementary students are not allowed to be left in the care of an older brother or sister after 3:45 p.m. The school should be notified if the student is to ride home with someone other than those listed on the registration forms.

There will be a fee charged for emergency Extended Care service.

Parents who use extended care, please take note of these dates when extended care will be closed during the 2011-2012 school year:  September 5; November 23, 24, 25; December 21 through January 8; January 16; February 20; March 19 - 23; and May 24 through the summer.
